Henley and her husband, G. Winston, co-own the Henley Farm and are well-known throughout the region for their fruits and vegetables. They have two sons, Jeff and Bruce. Henley represented the Pungo Borough from 1978-1990, during which time she served two years as Vice Mayor. She returned to ODU and attained her master’s degree in Urban Studies, after which she again served on City Council from 1994-2002. She has many accomplishments and will bring her methodical research, vast knowledge and scholarly approach to building our "Community For A Lifetime".
