• Interprets and administers laws pertaining to real estate tax assessments and exemptions.
• Updates and publishes the real estate tax rolls quarterly.

• Administers the collection and processes payments of assessed taxes.
• Authorizes the disbursement of public funds.
• Maintains the prudent deposit of public funds.
