The City Clerk's Office is a full service passport agency that provides passport applications, photos and shipping.  Please call for an appointment at 385-4303.

• Applications can be completed prior to coming in but, it must be signed in front of a Passport Agent.
  
  
• All applications must be filled out in black or blue ink.
  
  
• All applications must be printed by hand or by typewriter.
