We're pleased to be your source for learning & fun. You'll find classes for preschoolers to seniors. We offer many types of classes, everything from swimming lessons to art and crafts to dancing, cooking and more!

Please note: in order to sign up for classes on EZreg, you must know your client ID (membership number) and family PIN. To preserve the integrity of your account, this information must be obtained in person at one of our 6 recreation centers. A photo ID will be required.

Class Payment Information

• Cash and personal checks are accepted for all classes
• MasterCard and Visa payments are also accepted.  Please provide your account number, expiration date and signature. Credit card refunds will be applied back to the credit card account.
• Make checks payable to: Treasurer, City of Virginia Beach.
• When paying by check, there is a 14 day waiting period for refunds.
• Starter or counter checks will not be accepted. Checks must have the following information printed on them: name, current address, telephone number, and driver's license and/or military ID number.
• A $35 service fee is charged for each returned check. Returned checks nullify all your Virginia Beach Parks and Recreation privileges. You will not be allowed to participate in any programs or activities or utilize facilities until full payment is received.
