A Research Team has compiled books, articles, and web sites on various aspects of redevelopment. To the extent possible, these will be linked from the attached lists or available in the Virginia Beach Public Libraries. A glossary of terms is also attached. This research is intended to serve two purposes, to provide content for a deliberation guide which has been published for community group use, and to provide organized access to background readings on the topic.
