Purpose:
The Applications Support Division facilitates the definition of organizational needs for information and technology to support business processes; identifies and recommends solutions that meet organizational requirements and conform to standards; assists in the procurement, installation and configuration of purchased information technology applications; performs technical support for purchased applications and performs analysis, design, development, maintenance, support and operation of applications.
