City Council to Vote on Amending Overgrowth, Trash and Hazardous Tree Ordinances

On March 23, 2010, City Council will vote on whether or not to adopt amendments to City Code § 23-50.1 Pertaining to the Removal of Certain Trees and City Code § 23-50 Pertaining to Excessive Growth of Grass/Weed and the Accumulation of Trash.

The agenda item, proposed Ordinances and a memo outlining Code Enforcement staff’s input on the amendments can be found on the right under "Related Documents."

Home Repair Program

The Home Repair Program offers assistance to qualifying households for the correction of interior and exterior code violations, energy improvements, vinyl siding and handicapped accessibility improvements.
