City Council to Vote on Amending Overgrowth, Trash and Hazardous Tree Ordinances

On March 23, 2010, City Council will vote on whether or not to adopt amendments to City Code § 23-50.1 Pertaining to the Removal of Certain Trees and City Code § 23-50 Pertaining to Excessive Growth of Grass/Weed and the Accumulation of Trash.
 
The agenda item, proposed Ordinances and a memo outlining Code Enforcement staff’s input on the amendments can be found on the right under "Related Documents."
