Grand Jury Returns 128 Indictments: Former Youth Minister Indicted for Sexual Assaults

Harvey L. Bryant, Commonwealth’s Attorney for the City of Virginia Beach, announced that a grand jury meeting in Virginia Beach Circuit Court today returned indictments against 111 individuals charging 268 separate offenses.
Gregory Douglas Forehand, age 40, of the 600 block of Brisa Court in Chesapeake, Virginia, was indicted today for five (5) counts of Custodial Indecent Liberties. The charges stem from abuse of three victims between June 1, 1999 and August 31, 2006 in the City of Virginia Beach. At the time of these offenses, Forehand was the youth pastor at a local church.
The grand jury also indicted six (6) individuals for felony Driving Under the Influence. Those individuals are:
