Sample a flight of land and water fitness classes offered at Virginia Beach Recreation Centers and discover the classes that best suit your fitness needs. Best of all, Passport to Fitness is FREE! There’s no admission cost, no membership requirement, and no advance registration!
Our certified instructors will teach a variety of 20-minute cardio, strength, mind & body, and dance classes, so you can try the classes without pressure or obligation. Try out some brand new water fitness class formats at Williams Farm! Passport to Fitness will be available at:
Our fitness staff will be available to answer your questions and share their knowledge on the latest fitness trends. Be sure to bring a yoga mat for mind & body classes, and bring a swimsuit for Willams Farm’s water fitness sessions.
