The Sandler Center for the Performing Arts is excited to announce the third annual Summer Nights at Town Center concert series. Residents and visitors will be able to enjoy free concerts every Wednesday night throughout the summer at the Sandler Center’s outdoor plaza.
During the 14-week series, performers will include local and regional artists and groups playing a variety of acoustic favorites that the whole family will enjoy. Each week, there will be cold drinks & food available for purchase from Ynot Pizza. For a second straight year, the Virginia Beach Farmers Market will be part of the summer series, as local farmers set up their fresh fruits, vegetables and other homegrown items. Local vendors and some of the most popular radio stations will be on the plaza with games, giveaways and more.
The concert series has become a summer favorite of Hampton Roads residents and visitors. You can bring your own chair, rent a private VIP table, or simply stand and enjoy the music. All proceeds from the sale of food, beverages and tables will go to the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts Foundation, whose mission is to support arts education and enhance the center’s programming.
