Harvey L. Bryant, Commonwealth’s Attorney for the City of Virginia Beach, announced that a grand jury meeting in Virginia Beach Circuit Court today returned indictments against 104 individuals charging 182 separate offenses.
Of those indicted today, 31 individuals were charged with felony drug offenses. The grand jury also indicted two (2) individuals for felony Driving Under the Influence. Those individuals are:

“Drugs and alcohol continue to scourge our community and finance other criminal activity,” Bryant said. “We consistently see a large number of defendants indicted by the grand jury for drug crimes, often in relation to other serious offenses such as robbery and murder.”
Terrell Antonio Pugh, age 19, and Dwayne Tyjuan Riley, age 23, were indicted today for charges of Second Degree Murder, Use of a Firearm, and Conspiracy to Distribute between One-Half Ounce and Five Ounces of Marijuana. The charges stem from the shooting death of Jackie Delice in the 4600 block of Pembroke Lakes Circle on April 22, 2012.
