2012 State of the City Address Available On VBTV and VBgov.com

Virginia Beach Mayor William D. Sessoms, Jr. highlighted accomplishments from 2011 and looked toward the future in the annual State of the City address, presented Wednesday, March 14.

In his remarks, the mayor applauded the city’s rock-solid foundation, its “Triple A” bond rating and its ability to weather the current economic storms.  He praised the city’s diverse strengths, such as the military, tourism, agriculture, business and involved citizens.

The State of the City address is scheduled for replay on VBTV beginning Saturday, March 17 at 6 p.m. through Sunday, April 8 as scheduled below:
