Public Comments Sought on Lynnhaven SGA Plan Through Feb. 29

The Lynnhaven Strategic Growth Area (SGA) Draft Plan is now available for public review and comment through Feb. 29 at the following locations:

• Three area libraries – Meyera E. Oberndorf Central Library, 4100 Virginia Beach Blvd.; Great Neck Area Library, 1251 Bayne Drive; and  Windsor Woods Area Library, 3612 South Plaza Trail
• Online at www.vbgov.com/lynnhaven. See “Related Documents,” select “Lynnhaven SGA Draft Plan Report – 2/10/12.”
• The city Planning Department, Municipal Center, Building 2, Room 115, 2405 Courthouse Drive.

The Planning Commission is scheduled to conduct a public hearing on the final draft plan on March 14 at noon.  Public comments can be provided to compplan@vbgov.com or by contacting Jeryl Phillips, AICP, or Robert Davis in the Planning Department at (757) 385-4621.
