Planning Commission to Hold Workshop Feb. 13 On Oceanfront Form-Based Code

The City of Virginia Beach Planning Commission will hold a workshop on the draft Oceanfront Form-Based Code on Monday, Feb. 13, at 5 p.m. in the City Manager’s Conference Room in City Hall, 2401 Courthouse Drive, Building 1, Room 234.  The workshop is open for the public to observe. There will not be an opportunity for the public to participate in the briefing provided by staff or the discussion between staff and members of the Planning Commission.  A hearing to receive public comment on proposed amendments will be scheduled before the Planning Commission votes on the proposals.
