Bayside Library to Close at 4 p.m. Today Due to Power Outage

The Bayside and Special Services Library at 936 Independence Blvd. will close today at 4 p.m. because of a power outage. The library will be closed tomorrow and Friday, along with all other Virginia Beach Public Library locations, in observance of Thanksgiving.
