Nov. 8 Council Meeting Canceled; New Formal Session Set for Nov. 1

The City Council has canceled its meeting originally scheduled for Nov. 8, which is Election Day.  Instead, the briefing, informal, closed and formal sessions originally scheduled for Nov. 8 will be held on Nov. 1.
