New Electronic Billing and Improved Payment Services Available

Public Utilities is now offering paperless billing, improved electronic payment services, and automatic recurring payment options. All services are optional and available to customers who receive a Public Utilities and Public Works Combined Services Statement.
Customers enrolling in paperless billing (eBill) services will receive their bill via email as a secure PDF attachment. To obtain more information and complete the quick and easy enrollment for this service, visit vbgov.com/ebill.
New payment options being offered to customers include automatic recurring payments and text alert/pay by text. One-time payments using debit/credit cards or bank transfers are also available. To access these payment options and sign up for automatic recurring payments or text alerts, visit vbgov.com/pu-payments. Customers can also make one-time debit/credit/bank transfer payments by calling 1-866-247-6958. In addition, payments can still be mailed or made in person at any of the City Treasurer’s Offices.
