Swing away! It’s time to register for Virginia Beach Parks & Recreation’s Spring 2013 Community League Youth Softball. Citywide dates for area registration are Saturday, February 16 and Saturday, February 23. Most areas also offer leagues for children under age 10. Areas noted also offer youth baseball and volleyball.
