Princess Anne Recreation Center, located at 1400 Nimmo Parkway, and Great Neck Recreation Center, located at 2521 Shorehaven Drive, will be undergoing extensive landscape enhancements to the front entrance areas of the buildings.
The goals of these landscape enhancements seek to improve exterior security and safety for patrons, to reduce required landscaping maintenance and related costs, and to enrich the seasonal color and aesthetics of site plantings.
This work is scheduled to begin the week of February 11 at Princess Anne Recreation Center with completion anticipated at both centers by the end of March. Access to the building should not be disrupted, but patrons are advised to take caution upon entering and leaving the building.
