The Virginia Beach Police Department will be hosting a Business pre-holiday Crime Prevention Seminar for Virginia Beach businesses on Tuesday, November 13, 2012, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The seminar will be held in the auditorium of the Meyera E. Oberndorf Central Library, 4100 Virginia Beach Boulevard, in Virginia Beach.
