The Virginia Beach Emergency Operations Center will close today at 6 p.m. Normal city operations will resume tomorrow, Tuesday, Oct. 30.
Many roads remain flooded and impassible. Please be careful driving. Do not drive through standing water. Call 911 to report any emergencies. Call 311 to report non-emergencies.
