
Project Green Teens is a volunteer group of teens that strive to improve the environment and the mindset of the Virginia Beach community. These green teen leaders find and complete projects that make a difference in our parks, neighborhoods and schools while earning community service hours.
Meetings are held monthly with projects identified by the team. Check the calendar below for upcoming events.

- Environmental report card of our schools
- Dumpster diving demonstration project
- Tour of the Virginia Aquarium's Stranding Center
- Park and trail clean ups
- Participation in:
- Earth Day
- Clean the Bay Day
- International Coastal Clean Up
- Virginia Aquarium's Dolphin Count
How to Join:
Project Green Teens is open to anyone in grades 7-12 who wants to make a positive impact on our environment. A signed
