2. Take inventory of what volunteer projects are already in the works to improve the quality of your neighborhood.
4. Work with the City of Virginia Beach Neighborhood Services Coordinator to launch your Neighbors Helping Neighbors plan.
5. Put your Neighbors Helping Neighbors plan into action and work with the Office of Volunteer Resources to gain well deserved recognition for service of your neighborhood.
