The parking division is responsible for the administration, operation, maintenance, and revenue collection for the City-owned on-street metered parking and off-street municipal parking spaces located in the lots and garage facilities.
Services such as the
Residential Parking Program, Employee Parking Program and merchant validation are offered to enhance customer satisfaction and quality of life.
Municipal Parking Lots / Garages
The city operates seven municipal parking lots and two garages at the oceanfront. In addition, the city is responsible for administering the 25th Street parking garage facility.
Bus parking spaces are available at the 4th Street and Croatan lots. Overnight parking for buses is permitted at the 4th Street lot only.
Regular overnight parking is permitted at the 9th Street garage, 25th Street lot, and 31st Street garage.
Monthly parking is available at the 25th Street lot and both garages: 9th St. and 31st St. |
