The bidding process for the 2012 season is now closed. The process began on February 14, 2012 and all available locations on the boardwalk have now been filled.
Bidding Process
Current bids can be viewed through the DemandStar.com website. The process requires that a profile be created to view the active bids. There is no charge or fee to create a profile. Once a profile has been created, search for Boardwalk under the Active Bids for City of Virginia Beach.

ll those interested in participating in the 2013 season may submit a Bidder's Mailing List Request to the Department of Finance Purchasing Office, who will then send an official invitation to bid on the requested oceanfront franchise. - Boardwalk Food Vendors
- Beach Equipment Rentals
- Beach Photography
- Guided Horse Tours
- Beach Water Slide
No other vending opportunities are available.
