Please use the form below to request special pick-up of bulky items. Requests must be received prior to 5 p.m. the work day before your regular collection day in order to be processed.
During the collection process, some items may break. Crews strive to collect as much material as they can, as well as they can, but some amount of smaller material may be left.
Bulky item collection service for normal household item discards is provided, free of charge, for residents who receive City waste collection service. Most household discards will be collected. However, these items will not be collected: remodeling and building materials, carpet, doors, cabinets, toilets, sinks, rocks, dirt, concrete, vehicle parts, tires, paint cans, glass, propane tanks, and hazardous materials.
In order to process your request, a list of discarded items must be provided. Please mention if you have a Freon-containing appliance, as these items require special handling. Be sure to include your email address and phone number is case we need to contact you. Items should be placed at the curb by 7 a.m. on your regular collection day.
