The skilled and professional staff of the Department of Public Works provide total life cycle management of the public infrastructure and key essential services. We succeed through the proper management of programs and resources to enhance the health, safety, and welfare of the residents, businesses and visitors of the City of Virginia Beach.

Our main office is located in the Municipal Center Complex on the third floor of Building #2 (Operations Building) adjacent to the City Hall Building.
