  Abandoned Meter When an owner signs a request for an abandoned meter, Operations personnel will remove meter, meter/vault box, turn off corporation at the water main and fill the hole with dirt to grade.  
  Irrigation Meters   
Water tap & meter installation fees. The following fees shall be paid for connections to a city water line and for the installation of water meters:
(a)     Except as provided in 37-7.1, related to mandatory connections, actual cost to the City for installation. 
(b)     "Actual cost" shall mean the average installation cost determined by the Department of Public Utilities annually based upon contract unit bid prices and contract administration cost.

  (b)     "Actual cost" shall mean the average installation cost determined by the Department of Public Utilities annually based upon contract unit bid prices and contract administration cost.  
28-3.1 Sewer tap installation fees; existing dwellings (mandatory connections):  
  (a)     Sewer tap, cleanout and installation fees for existing dwellings qualifying under 28-2, pertaining to mandatory connections to the public sewer system, shall be:
