The purpose of this awards program is to showcase outstanding quality and innovative design solutions in the built environment, which have furthered the design principles of the City’s various
Design Guidelines to enhance the general community appearance of the City of Virginia Beach.
The nomination period is July 15th through August 31st. This program is open to owners, developers, contractors, designers and others who have a project located in the City. Projects must be 100% completed, or if phased, the first phase must be completed. Projects older than three years cannot be nominated.
