The Princess Anne Corridor Study contains land use, transportation and aesthetic guidelines pertaining to areas along Princess Anne Road from Dam Neck Road (near Princess Anne Park) to the Municipal Center at Nimmo Parkway.
This study was amended by City Council on December 8, 2009 and may be accessed by clicking on the link below. It is also available for review at the Virginia Beach Planning Department and at all Virginia Beach public libraries.
