We offer three easy options for course registration!
1. Online or Over the Phone with EZreg
Avoid standing in line! Register for camps, courses, and other programs from the comfort of your home, 24 hours a day, using EZreg, our internet or touch tone phone system.
In order to use EZreg, you will need to know your Family Personal Identification Number (PIN), client barcode, and use your Visa or MasterCard. Please visit any
recreation center to obtain your Family PIN and client barcode (to preserve the security of your account, a picture ID will be required). Knowledge of the Family PIN and client barcode identifies an individual as having authorization for account access.
2. In Person at Any Recreation Center
Registrations will be processed on a first come, first served basis.
3. Mail-In or Drop-Off at Any Recreation Center
Complete the
registration form and mail to or drop off at any
recreation center. Mail-in registration receipts will be returned by mail. To avoid delays, please include a self addressed stamped envelope.
Use forms for family members only. If you are car pooling or want to enroll in a course with a friend, complete separate registration forms and mail them together.
Reduced Fee Information
We know how important our services are to you — and we understand how stressful it is when your budget is tight. We have an option which may help ease the financial burden by providing Virginia Beach residents a 50% reduction in fees for those who qualify.

- Learn to Swim level 1-3 Classes (Including Therapeutic Recreation Learn to Swim)

How to Apply
Youth Scholarship Fund
Our Youth Scholarship Fund might also be available to assist those under age 18. This fund can be used one time per individual for memberships, classes, or camp when there is a demonstrated need. Please speak with the staff at any recreation center front desk for more information about this option.
