Virginia Beach Parks and Recreation welcomes and encourages individuals with disabilities to participate in recreation programs and provides two main ways an individual can do so: Inclusion Support Services and Therapeutic Recreation Programs. ||A programming unit that provides skill development, leisure education and recreation participation programs for individuals with disabilities.|
||Making every reasonable effort to accommodate individuals with barriers (i.e., physical, mental, economic, access), thus enabling successful participation.

||Free for individuals who request the service. (Must be registered for a general recreation program

to the TR Office, Kempsville Recreation Center, Room 103
