Virginia Beach Parks & Recreation offers licensed recreation center-based preschool programs that provide children age 3 - 5 with the opportunity to explore, examine, and
discover developmental skills while enabling independent thinking and hands-on activity. Held Monday through Friday, our preschool programs include a healthy snack; lunch will need to be provided by parent or guardian.
Participants will receive a Virginia Beach Recreation Center membership. Registration Note: Online registration ended on August 3 for the 2012-13 school year. Please register your child in person at any Virginia Beach Recreation Center.
Preschool Buddies School Year Programs (Age 3-5)
Available at Kempsville, Princess Anne and Williams Farm Recreation Centers. Beginning with the 2013-14 school year, the morning and all-day sessions will begin at 6:30 am.Reservation Fee (one-time): $45 (non-refundable)
Morning (7:00 am - 11:30 am): $125 per two week session
Afternoon (11:30 am - 6:00 pm): $170 per two week session
All Day (7:00 am - 6:00 pm): $280 per two week session
