AARP Tax Aides provide free tax preparation help at Virginia Beach's Central Library and Princess Anne Area Library locations.
You'll need to bring a Social Security Card (or copy) OR a letter from the Social Security Administration for each person who will be listed on the return, including children and other dependents.
