Your library card is your entry into the world of information. Each account is unique and must be managed separately. If you lose your library card and replace it with a new one, you will need to update your Library accounts individually.
Your Library Card
In
My Account in the online catalog, you can use your library card number and PIN to access and review information about your library card account including account information, holds, checked out materials and fees or fines. You can renew library materials, change your PIN, update your email address or telephone number. In addition, you can remove and or cancel holds or change your hold pickup location. To replace your library card, please see Library staff for assistance.
Your Overdrive Account
In
My Account at the Library's Overdrive site, you can use your library card number and PIN to access and review information about your Overdrive account. You can view items in your cart awaiting check out, set a personalized default lending period, view titles checked out, on hold and on your wish list.
If your library card is replaced, your checked out or on hold e-books or audiobooks are not automatically transferred to the replacement card. Please notify Overdrive by sending an email to
support@libraryreserve.com. You will need to provide both your old and your new library card numbers so that they can merge your accounts.
