Checkout - Check out up to 5 titles for 7, 14 or 21 days. It's your choice.
Lending Period - The default lending period is 21 days. You can change your default lending period to 7 or 14 days. The quicker the book is returned, the sooner you can check out more titles.
Early Returns - You can do an early return for an audiobook that you checked out and downloaded to your smartphone or tablet using the Overdrive Media Console App version 2.4.0 or 2.4.1. Otherwise, titles are automatically returned to the site when their lending period expires.
Renewals - While titles can not be renewed, you can check them out again, if available, or place them on hold to check out another time.
Holds - You can have up to three titles on hold at any given time. When a hold is available, you will receive an email notice.
Devices
Digital books can be enjoyed on your computer and a wide range of devices. Overdrive maintains a current listing of compatible devices at it's Device Resource Center.

If you’re puzzled by your device, library staff can help. We offer a variety of classes and tutoring sessions at most library locations to help you learn to use your new gadget to access the library’s collection.
