Has one residential program (South Palm) that provides transitional housing for homeless adults with a diagnosis of a substance use disorder or a co-occurring disorder who wish to establish a recovery plan and work towards permanent housing options. Onsite supportive services include community resource linkage, employment, education, independent living skill development and medication monitoring are provided. Length of enrollment is determined by need and participation in services.
