Community Employment Options (CEO) exists to provide Virginia Beach citizens with intellectual disabilities, efficient, effective employment services that will:
- Enhance the quality of their lives
- Increase their opportunities to participate in all aspects of the community
Community Employment Options helps Virginia Beach citizens with an intellectual disability find meaningful, remunerative jobs. CEO services enhance community integration through placement in group or individual employment that increase their earning power, enhance their self-image, and create a sense of pride in their achievements. CEO also provides pre-vocational services that focus on developing basic work skills for individuals interested in future employment opportunities.
