MHSA Case Management

 Case Management serves consumers with diagnoses of mental illness and/or substance use disorders who need assistance to identify and use resources that will promote their highest level of functioning.  Case Management assists consumers to access needed medical, psychiatric, mental health, substance abuse, social, educational, vocational services and other supports essential to meeting basic needs and improve their quality of life.
