Listings of available units that may be leased using Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8) can be found below. The units listed are owned and managed by private landlords and have passed rent reasonableness criteria. They may also be rented by individuals/families who do not participate in the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
The listings are by bedroom size. Please check back often as the listings are updated each month.
A "Landlord Referral List," which provides the contact information of other apartments and real estate agencies that are willing to lease to Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) participants, can also be found under "Related Information".
