The city recognizes that many homeowners are facing tight financial times and some are facing the possibility of foreclosure. Therefore, we have assembled this information to make it easier to locate the help that is available.

Our city offers a program that provides a small amount of emergency assistance to income-eligible homeowners who face a short-term financial crisis. To be eligible for this program, homeowners must be income eligible and must have a one-time crisis. Most homeowners who have a mortgage that they cannot afford will not qualify for this program.
