  Our city offers a program that provides a small amount of emergency assistance to income-eligible homeowners who face a short-term financial crisis. To be eligible for this program, homeowners must be income eligible and must have a one-time crisis. Most homeowners who have a mortgage that they cannot afford will not qualify for this program.
