The Workforce Housing Program is designed to improve affordable housing opportunities so that vital members of our workforce are able to live and work in Virginia Beach.
For citizens not quite ready to purchase a home, the Workforce Housing Program also offers citizens the option to rent a workforce housing unit. Through the program, renters are able to live in quality units at rents that are more affordable.

At this time there are no developments containing workforce housing units under construction. Once a developer applies and receives approval from City Council to build workforce housing units along with market rate units in a development, the city will post information on where workforce housing rental units are located on this Web page. |
