About the RiverLake Development (For Sale Units)
Once completed, the RiverLake Development will consist of 42 single-family, two-story, detached, three- and four-bedroom units. Of these 42 units, seven (six three-bedroom units; one four-bedroom unit) will be set-aside under the Workforce Housing Ordinance and sold to eligible buyers from the Workforce Housing Waiting List. The workforce housing units will be nearly indistinguishable from the other 35 units in the development, and will be evenly distributed throughout the development.
