INFORMATION MEETING
Confirmed applicants must attend one VST Information Meeting (Date TBA)

MUST BRING REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
(1) Driver's license (original)
(2) Official state DMV driving record(s) dated after December 1, 2012. Records from third party sources are not acceptable. Applicant must provide a driving record for each state in which you were issued a driver’s license in the past five years. Record(s) must provide a minimum of five years driving history. NOTE: Incomplete documentation will result in the removal of your application from the current review process.
APPLICANTS WILL BE ASKED TO:
(1) Sign a Waiver of Claim for Injury form
(2) Complete a Physical Ability Assessment. Bring athletic shoes and clothes. No open toe shoes or flip flops permitted.
