SMART Board
The Court has SMART Board interactive whiteboards available for use in hearings and during trials. The Smart board is, essentially, a large display mounted to the courtroom wall that can be used as a monitor or as an interactive whiteboard with the courts smartnotebook software. We currently have two AV connectors for connecting your laptop to display on our board.
The Smart board can be used:
•To show PowerPoint presentations from your laptop
•To display videos from your laptop
•To show digital photographs and images (from either your laptop or our doc camera)
•To annotate diagrams
•As a digital whiteboard/chalkboard via our pc using smart notebook
REAL TIME RESERVATIONS IS NOW AVAILABLE VIA:
DIRECTIONS:
1. Choose an available time between 9-12 to reserve the Smartboard. It does not matter that your case starts at 9:30 this will reserve it for the entire time you need it from the time your trial starts whether it be one day or one week.
2. Include: Style of your case, case number and your name and phone number.
IF YOU NEED PRACTICE FOR YOUR TRIAL:
1. Choose one of the available afternoon time slots. I will just need your name, phone number and email in case I need to contact you. Make sure to bring everything you want to show with you. If you don't test it prior then when we can't be sure it will work like you want it to on trial day.
IMPORTANT: If you case settles, is continues or comes off for any other reason, please be cancel your appointment as soon as possible. If you need any additional information feel free to contact me by email at
