Step 1. Read guidelines in “Motion Docket” on right hand side under Related Information on the right of this page to see what is permitted to be set on the motion docket prior to logging into the calendar.
Step 2. Check calendar via “Login to On-Line Docket” under Related Information on the right of this page to determine available date and time slot. Located on right hand side under Related Pages. When you click on the Online Duty Docket, ChaosHost.com will open and the login and password can then be entered in the boxes at the top of the page. The login and password information is:
Login ID: circuitcourt (all one word and it is not case sensitive)
Password: law
You will be able to see all the appointments that are currently scheduled. You will use this calendar to determine and coordinate available dates and times with the parties prior to scheduling. Appointments are scheduled from 10am-1pm and 2pm-4:00pm for a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 1 hour. Appointments can be scheduled in time slots that do not currently have something scheduled.
Step 3. After determining available date and time, submit request via email (

Type of Motion or hearing. Example: Motion for Entry of Order
Style of the case. Example: John Doe v Jane Doe
Case Number.

After receipt of the email, the judicial assistant will review and send confirmation to you.
