State income tax booklets and forms will not be mailed to individuals who used a computer or a tax preparer to file their return in the prior year. The Commissioner's office provides Virginia tax forms, booklets, and envelopes in Building 1 at the Municipal Center.
In addition, the IRS will not mail Federal income tax booklets and forms unless requested. To request a federal income tax form or instruction booklet, please call 1-800-829-3676.
