Because it is a payment using your checking account, there will be a $35.00 fee for insufficient funds and you will placed on a Cash Only basis for one year. VBills
VBills is designed to make a one time payment for a Parking Ticket. You will need your Parking Ticket number, License Plate Number, and your checking information ready to proceed. Choose the below option when ready.
VBills Enrolled
VBills Enrolled is designed to allow a user to register using a User ID and password for storing payment information for convenience of paying your Personal Property and/or Real Estate bills. Once you have created your User ID and password, to pay your Personal Property you will be asked for Last name/Business name and the last 5 digits of your Social Security/FIN. Similarly, to pay your Real Estate you will be asked for your GPIN number and your 5 digit mailing zip code. Choose the below option when ready to proceed. For first time users, after you choose to proceed, you must first go to the right-hand side to Register and create a User ID and password, then you will be able to Login. Do Not Attempt to Login without Registering first.
