The Organization Development Office supports the continued development of our Quality Organization and continuous learning. We increase organizational capacity by supporting the organization, departments, and individual teams in strategic planning, leadership development, and assessing organizational culture to build more effective working relationships. The Office analyzes organizational structure and assists in the implementation of re-organizations. We develop processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the organization.
The Organization Development Office was assigned to increase the organization's ability to learn, adapt and excel within a constantly changing environment and focus the organization on the customer and align the work of members to the City's strategy.
